410 Ms O. Mitchell asked the Minister for Health and Children if his attention has been drawn to the extent of the backlog of unmet needs in the disability area as a result of virtually static budgets since 2002; and when some of this unmet need will be met by way of capital and revenue funding. The following amounts of additional revenue and capital funding have been made available to the health boards by my Department in 2003 and 2004 for the provision of health services for people with disabilities.
