View answerApplications under the third round of the NDP horticulture scheme were recently received in the Department — closing date 9 March 2004. All applications are being examined at present and it is planned to issue approvals to successful applicants at the end of April 2004. The person referred to submitted an application under the scheme on 8 March 2004. I am not in a position at this stage to say if approval for the payment of a grant will issue to the individual referred to.
