116 Mr. O’Dowd asked the Minister for Health and Children if, further to Question No. 118 of 24 March, the way in which the increased budget allocation in 2004 of €0.313 for home help in the North Eastern Health Board will be allocated; the amount given to each county in the health board area; and the number of persons who will benefit in each county.
