25 Mr. Rabbitte asked the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources the EU directives for which his Department is responsible which have yet to be implemented, particularly those with deadlines for implementation which have passed; if he will list any legal action initiated or threatened by the Commission for the non implementation of any directive; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
