36 Mr. J. Bruton asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government if he will list all excavation licences issued to a company (details supplied) indicating the locations at which and when the excavation took place; its purpose; and if a statutory report has been lodged, if this report may be inspected. Excavation licences are issued to individual archaeologists and no licences have been issued to the company referred to by the Deputy. In addition, my Department cannot find any record of an excavation licence issued to an archaeologist working on behalf of the named company.
