View answerA grant of €19,046 was allocated to the project in question under the 2001 sports capital programme operated by my Department. The grant was subject to the terms and conditions of the programme and to date €15,155, representing 95% of the grant, has been paid. The remaining €3,913 will be paid when my Department receives a current tax certificate for the club and for the contractor. In this regard my Department has recently written to the club outlining the documentation required in order to have the balance of the grant paid.
