162 Mr. Carey asked the Minister for Education and Science the reason a school (details supplied) in Dublin 11 has not been given disadvantaged status in view of the fact that all other schools in the area are so designated, thereby depriving this small school of necessary additional resources; and the additional supports that would be available if the school has disadvantaged status. Any decision to expand or extend any of the initiatives aimed at tackling educational disadvantage is being considered in the context of a broad review of all such initiatives, which is nearing completion.
