View answerI have been informed by the Garda authorities that the investigation regarding all matters featured in the television programme of 8 January 2004 is ongoing and it would therefore be inappropriate for me to comment further at this stage.

View answerAs the Deputy will be no doubt aware, I have no role in the investigation of criminal offences. However, I have requested a report from the gardaí on the matter to which he refers and I am awaiting further material. I will revert to the Deputy as soon as the information is available to me.
