View answerThe Residential Institutions Redress Board is independent in the performance of its functions in accordance with the terms of the Residential Institutions Redress Act 2002. In the circumstances I do not have access to the details of an individual's application. However, all applicants are entitled to contact the board directly or through their legal representative to enquire about their applications.
