267 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Health and Children if further orthodontic treatment will be provided for a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny; if a decision will be expedited in this urgent case; the reason follow on treatment is not completed fully on this person; and the further reason for a delay in reaching a decision in the case. Responsibility for the provision of orthodontic treatment to eligible persons in County Kilkenny rests with the South Eastern Health Board. My Department has asked the chief executive officer to investigate the matter raised by the Deputy and to reply to him directly.
