I am further informed that this application was abandoned on 30 March 2004 and the application was returned to the lodging solicitor.

View answerI am informed by the registrar of titles that the details supplied by the Deputy refer to an application for registration by way of a Land Commission schedule which was lodged on 2 September 1980. Schedule Number V0000SM082940V refers. I am further informed that this application was completed on 30 September, 2002, that a new folio was opened in respect of this property and that this folio and its Land Registry map are available for inspection in the Land Registry office by any member of the public
