View answerIt is assumed that the Deputy is seeking information on the number of persons currently on bail or awaiting trial who have been charged with offences committed while on bail or awaiting trial. Inquiries are being made with the Garda authorities to determine if this information can be supplied and I will communicate further with the Deputy when their response is to hand.
