273 Mr. Sargent asked the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources if funding can be granted for the necessary improvements required to allow the ferry from Howth harbour to Ireland’s Eye to be allowed to land visitors there; and his views on whether it is an important wildlife and recreational amenity for Dubliners and tourists alike. The development of a landing place on Ireland's Eye is a matter for its owners. My Department has no function in the matter.
