284 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Health and Children if a report on the psychiatric services in the SEHB area carried out by a person (details supplied) is available; if it was made public at the time; if there are recommendations arising from the report; and if they have been acted upon. Responsibility for the matter rests with the South Eastern Health Board. My Department has asked its chief executive officer to investigate the matter and to reply directly to the Deputy.
