View answerMy Department has recently been in discussions with the Eastern Regional Health Authority and the Northern Area Health Board regarding this project. My Department is currently awaiting a report from the ERHA and the NAHB on a number of issues regarding this proposal.

View answerResponsibility for the provision of hospital services to residents of County Westmeath rests with the Midland Health Board. My Department has, therefore, asked the chief executive officer of the board to investigate the matter raised by the Deputy and to reply to him directly.
