I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that there is no record of an application pending on the folio number quoted by the Deputy at present. If the Deputy can provide me with the date of lodgement of the application and a Land Registry reference number, I will make further inquiries on his behalf.

View answerI am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this is an application for transfer of part and charge which was lodged on 5 May, 2004. Dealing number D2004SM003738X refers. I am further informed that queries issued to the lodging solicitors on 24 May 2004 and that the application cannot proceed until these queries have been satisfactorily resolved. However, I can assure the Deputy that, on receipt of a satisfactory reply, the matter will receive further attention in the Land Registry.
