178 Dr. Upton asked the Minister for Health and Children if appropriate social work resources will be devoted to a location (details supplied) to address a daily problem of street drinking by large groups, in particular the presence of children; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Responsibility for the matter referred to by the Deputy rests with the South Western Area Health Board and Eastern Regional Health Authority. Accordingly, my Department has asked the chief executive officer of the authority to reply directly to the Deputy.
