Question:238 Mr. Eamon Ryan asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government when he intends to introduce laws, regulations and administrative decisions to comply with directive 2002/49/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council which was agreed on 25 June 2002 and which is required to be enacted into national law by 18 July 2004; and the legislative changes that are intended to be made in this regard.
