188 Mr. Naughten asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government further to Question No. 775 of 29 April 2004, in view of the fact that all outstanding information has been furnished by the local authority, if he will sanction the raising of a loan; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
