428 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Health and Children if a wheelchair will be provided immediately to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny in view of the fact that they have been approved for the chair some time ago; the reason for the delay; and if he will make a statement on the matter. As the Deputy will be aware, the provision of health services in the Kilkenny area is, in the first instance, the responsibility of the South Eastern Health Board. My Department has, therefore, asked the chief executive of the board to investigate the matter raised by the Deputy and reply direct to him as a matter of urgency.
