138 Mr. Wall asked the Minister for Defence the position regarding a road (details supplied) in County Kildare; when his Department will hand over this road to the local authority as stated in the reply to a previous parliamentary question; and if meetings have taken place with the local authority in relation to the matter. My Department has written to Kildare County Council requesting that the road in question be taken in charge by the council and its reply is currently awaited.
