125 Mr. Kehoe asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the position regarding the appeal for the single payment scheme force majeure and exceptional circumstances by a person (details supplied) in County Wexford; when a decision will be made; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The matter is being considered by the single payment appeals committee. When the committee has advised the Department of Agriculture and Food of its recommendation in the case in question, the Department will write to the person concerned advising him of the outcome.
