368 Mr. J. Higgins asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the status of an application for family reunification made two months ago by a person (details supplied) in Dublin 15; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [19243/04]
View answerThe refugee in question made an application for family reunification in April 2004. The application was forwarded to the Refugee Applications Commissioner for investigation as required under section 18 of the Refugee Act 1996. Upon completion of this investigation by the RAC a report will be prepared and forwarded to my Department for decision.
