View answerOn my instructions, the Embassy in Madrid contacted the individual concerned, who was very appreciative. I understand that the matter relates to a legal dispute with her former employers dating back to October 2002. The individual concerned has informed the embassy that in the light of the most recent legal advice she has received, she is now confident that the matter will soon be resolved to her satisfaction. We will continue to offer her all possible consular assistance.
