330 Mr. F. McGrath asked the Minister for Health and Children if a person (details supplied) in Dublin 3 is entitled to the domiciliary care allowance from the day the child was born or from the day the child was diagnosed; and to give the maximum support and advice to this family. [20574/04]
View answerThe assessment of entitlement to and payment of the domiciliary care allowance is a matter for the relevant health board. Therefore a copy of the Deputy's question has been forwarded to the regional chief executive officer, Eastern Regional Health Authority with a request that he examine the case and reply directly to the Deputy as a matter of urgency.
