420 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the reason a partial map of a folio was issued to a person (details supplied) in County Mayo; and if the full map of the folio will now issue without delay. [20239/04]
View answerI am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the Land Registry has no record of having issued a partial map to the party referred to by the Deputy. I have been further informed that two applications for a special features copy folio and for a filed plan map were lodged by the party referred to by the Deputy on the 11 May 2004 and on 22 June 2004, respectively. Application numbers C2004SM001907V and C2004SM002603J refer. I assure the Deputy that the applications are receiving attention in the Land Registry and will be completed within the next two weeks.
