434 Mr. Kenny asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government if he will give details of all State or semi-State agencies and boards under the aegis of his Department as of 1 January 1994; the number of State or semi-State agencies and boards under the aegis of his Department as of 1 January 2004; the date of the establishment of such agencies and boards in each case; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
