View answerThe Residential Institutions Redress Board is independent in the performance of its functions in accordance with the terms of the Residential Institutions Redress Act 2002. In the circumstances, I do not have access to the details of an individual's application. However, all applicants are entitled to contact the board directly or, through their legal representatives, to inquire about the progress of their applications.
