98 Mr. Quinn asked the Minister for Finance if his attention has been drawn to the dangerous condition of the boundary wall of a Garda station (details supplied) in Dublin 4; if he has reports on the condition of the wall; if he will have a survey undertaken to ascertain the stability of the wall; the action he proposes to take to secure this piece of State property in the interests of the safety of the Garda and the community; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The wall in question has been affected by the growth of a tree adjacent to the wall. The Commissioners of Public Works have arranged for a contractor to dismantle and rebuild the wall at this location to ensure its stability.
