I signed a deportation order in respect of the person referred to by the Deputy on 10 March 2004. Following the receipt of late representations, I decided to revisit the case in question. On further examination of the file, I decided to revoke the deportation order in respect of the person concerned. The order of revocation was signed by me on 28 June 2004.
