O’Keeffe asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the plans he has to introduce fixed penalties for juveniles who commit minor offences; the way in which such a plan would fit in with the restorative justice aspects of the Children’s Act; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
