51 Mr. Wall asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if his attention was drawn to the findings of a study undertaken by a person (details supplied) which concludes that the juvenile justice system is in chaos despite the introduction of the Children Act 2001; and the steps he intends to take to address the deficiencies identified in the report.
