924 Mr. P. Breen asked the Minister for Health and Children if the Mid-Western Health Board will provide a regular chiropody service in the Shannon health centre, Shannon, County Clare; if it is unable or unwilling to do so, if arrangements will be entered into with private chiropody practitioners to ensure a regular and constant service to persons who require such a service; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The provision of chiropody services to eligible persons in the Shannon health centre, Shannon, County Clare, is a matter for the Mid-Western Health Board. My Department has asked the chief executive officer to investigate this matter and reply direct to the Deputy.
