174 Mr. Durkan asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Health and Children the number of incidents of breast cancer diagnosed in each of the past ten years; if there is an increase or decrease in the number of women under 50 years of age diagnosed in each of those ten years; and if she will make a statement on the matter. Statistics on cancer incidences are collated by the national cancer registry. My Department has asked the director of the registry to examine this matter and to reply directly to the Deputy.
