The person named has been advised that he can appeal my Department’s decision to the independent single payment appeals committee.

View answerThe person named lodged two applications under the 2004 special beef premium scheme, one on 26 January 2004 in respect of 34 animals and one on 17 February 2004 in respect of nine animals. These applications have been fully processed and the 60% advance payments are due to issue to the person named shortly.

View answerIt is not possible to provide this information at present as the processing of new entrant/ inheritance and force majeure/exceptional circumstances applications is ongoing and will be continuing for some time. The situation will also be influenced by the operation of national reserve under the single payment scheme. This measure will shortly be opened for applications.
