176 Mr. Costello asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the number of parents of non-nationals who, having arrived pregnant in Ireland, had sought and obtained passports prior to leaving the country with their Irish born citizen children, in each of the past five years; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
