View answerI am advised by the Revenue Commissioners that the certificate referred to by the Deputy is a certificate of discharge from capital acquisition tax and this was issued on 4 November 2004. Documents submitted in connection with this matter were received on 11 October 2004. The documents were processed in accordance with Revenue's customer service standards, that is, to respond to 80% of items of correspondence, e-mail or fax in clear and comprehensive terms within 20 working days.
