133 Mr. Costello asked the Taoiseach if he will consider amending the Prosecution of Offences Act 1974 to require the DPP to respond to requests for an explanation when decisions not to prosecute or to prosecute in a particular way are queried by persons affected by the decisions; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
