164 Mr. Wall asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Health and Children if the SWAHB has met all of its obligations in regard to outstanding or other payments to a person (details supplied) in County Kildare in relation to the change of job description, subsequent rates of pay and pension rights; and if she will make a statement on the matter. Responsibility for the implementation of pay scales and related personnel issues rests in this instance with the Eastern Regional Health Authority. My Department has therefore asked the regional chief executive of the authority to investigate the matters raised by the Deputy and reply to him directly.
