426 Mr. Kehoe asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if the Land Registry Office will convert the property of a person (details supplied) in County Wexford from absolute to possessory title at any time between the 30-year rule; if exceptions can be made in these exceptional circumstances; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this is an application for conversion of title which was lodged on 18 May 2004. Dealing Number D2004TJ009284A refers. I am further informed that the application was rejected and was returned to the lodging solicitor on 5 October 2004.
