177 Mr. Ring asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Health and Children the services available for children with autism in an area (details supplied) of County Mayo; the services currently provided by the health board; and the services proposed by the health board for that area. [29791/04]
View answerResponsibility for the provision of services for persons, including children, with intellectual disability and those with autism in the Mayo area is a matter, in the first instance, for the Western Health Board. My Department has asked the chief executive officer of the health board to investigate the matter raised by the Deputy and reply directly to him.
