View answerThe person named is an applicant under the Pullathomas landslide damage relief scheme. Payments were issued by my Department to all eligible farmers on 15 October 2004. My Department has carried out a review of this case and has not found any grounds for an increase in the level of compensation paid to the applicant.

View answerThe person named is an applicant under the Pullathomas landslide damage relief scheme. My Department has carried out a review of the case concerned and is satisfied that the assessment of the damage is reasonable and in accordance with the terms of the scheme. However, during the course of the review an error in calculation was discovered as a result of which a further sum of €45 is due to the applicant. Arrangements are being made for the payment of this amount to the applicant and a cheque will issue shortly.
