201 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will review his decision in regard to the proposed deportation of a person (details supplied) in County Kildare; if adequate consideration has been given to the political, religious and human rights situation in the person’s homeland; if it is likely that the person’s life or welfare might be endangered in the event of deportation; if these circumstances had a bearing on his decision to defer the deportation order; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
