I propose to take Questions Nos. 330 and 331 together.

My Department is currently establishing the amounts paid out by it in respect of the engagement of lawyers and barristers during 2003 and 2004 as requested by the Deputy. It has not been possible in the time available to collate a complete and accurate reply for the Deputy. My Department will compile the details requested and have them forwarded to the Deputy as soon as possible.
