Written answers

I have no function in this matter, which falls within the statutory responsibility of the Commission for Energy Regulation, CER, under the Electricity Regulation Act 1999 and that responsibility was extended to natural gas by the Gas (Interim) (Regulation) Act 2002. I have brought the article concerned to the attention of CER.
