287 Mr. J. O’Keeffe asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the number of prosecutions to date under the Intoxicating Liquor Act 2003 against publicans for allowing persons in an intoxicated state to remain on their premises; the number of prosecutions to date under the Intoxicating Liquor Act 2003 against publicans for serving alcohol to intoxicated persons; the number of prosecutions to date under the Intoxicating Liquor Act 2003 in respect of persons who have been found to be in an intoxicated state on leaving a public house; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
