413 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Education and Science, further to Question No. 230 of 1 December 2004, the options referred to regarding the future of the school in question. [32480/04]

As the Deputy may be aware, pending the resolution of outstanding litigation over the ownership of the school, the position remains unclear. However, officials from my Department are in contact with the Dublin Docklands Development Authority with regard to the acquisition of a site or premises for the school in question.
