However, this query has now been resolved and a provisional entitlement statement issued to the person named on 29 November 2004, showing 24.68 entitlements with a total value of €5,689.97 per annum.

View answerAn application for consideration under the force majeure measure of the single payment regulations was submitted by the person named on 27 October 2004. The person named has been notified that the circumstances outlined by him do not satisfy the criteria for force majeure under Article 40 of EU Council Regulation 1782/2003. The person named has been advised that he can appeal the decision to the independent single payment appeals committee, which will carry out a full review of the circumstances outlined.
