View answerI am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this is an application for cancellation of judgment mortgage which was lodged on 5 November 2004. Dealing Number D2004WS013394R refers. I am further informed that this application is associated with an application for charge and release which was lodged on 11 November 2004. Dealing Number D2004WS013517H refers.
These applications are receiving attention in the Land Registry and will be completed as soon as possible.
