302 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government further to Parliamentary Question No. 1256 of 29 September 2004, the reason this Deputy has not to date received copies of the agenda or minutes of Dublin Docklands Development Authority council meetings as requested; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I refer to the reply to Question No. 1256 of 29 September 2004, which was intended to clarify for the Deputy and other local parliamentary representatives that the Dublin Docklands Development Authority would, on request, make available to them copies of the agenda and minutes of future meetings of its council.

While it would be appropriate for parliamentary representatives to contact the docklands authority about this matter, I have now made arrangements with the authority to have these papers circulated to the Deputy.
